General Policies Phone Orders -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our sales representatives do not work on commission, so they will always provide you with the best price available for the tickets you want. However, please note that prices are not guaranteed until an order has been confirmed and payment has been made. In some cases, the price for a particular set of tickets may even change within the same day depending on the event. Our sales representatives may ask for your name, email address, phone number and other information. This information will be used so that we can offer you the highest degree of service and complete your order. Neither the representative nor Hero Tickets Inc. will share your email address or other personal information with any other party not directly involved with processing your order as is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that the same terms of service apply to orders placed by phone as apply to orders placed through HeroTickets.com. Pricing Tickets advertised for sale on our site are owned by secondary ticket market brokers. These tickets are sold at "Face Value" with an additional broker service fee added to the amount of the sale price. This broker service fee is for the services rendered by the broker in arranging the ticket(s) for your enjoyment and providing the service. All the prices listed on HeroTickets.com include the "Face Value" of the ticket(s) and the "Service Fee". The Service Fee may vary based on the actual event and the broker’s involved. Hero Tickets Inc. and its participating brokers are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue and we do not act as a primary sale box office. Hero Tickets Inc. cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, your credit card will NOT be charged until after the ticket has been secured and you have successfully completed the "Credit Card Authorization Form". Despite Hero Tickets Inc. best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the website may occasionally be mispriced. If a pricing error is discovered and the item's correct price is higher than the stated price, the broker, at their discretion, will either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Your credit card will NEVER be charged an amount higher than what you expected under any circumstances. Prices stated on the Site do not include any state/province or other local taxes that may apply to customer's order. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated. Canadian (CDN) Dollar prices are available upon request. Event Details All event times listed are local for the city in which the event takes place. All listed dates and times are subject to change and should be verified by the customer prior to the event. Some events and venues enforce age restrictions, i.e., "21 and over." Please determine whether such a policy exists prior to purchasing tickets, as neither Hero Tickets Inc. nor its order fulfillment partners will be liable for refusal of admittance based on this type of restriction. Some shows and concerts have adult themes and are not appropriate for children and others. It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether the content of an event is appropriate for themselves or others in their party. Neither Hero Tickets Inc. nor our order fulfillment partners will be responsible for offensive or shocking behavior during any event. There will be no refunds, credits, or exchanges under these circumstances. Online Orders Most online orders are received and processed within hours of placement. In many cases, tickets are even shipped the same day. However, online orders still require manual review and completion of the credit card authorization form prior to being completed. This may result in a slight delay between when you place your order and when that order is completed. In the rare cases where the exact seats are you ordered originally are unavailable, you will be contacted promptly and given the option of 1) purchasing comparable tickets at the same or a similar price, or 2) canceling your order. You are under no obligation to purchase tickets other than those you originally requested and your credit card will not be charged until you have agreed to any changes. Ticket Quantities Each set of tickets contains adjoining seats unless otherwise noted. Tickets are usually available only in even numbered quantities (2, 4, 6, etc.). You may request an odd number of tickets (1, 3, etc.), but no guarantee can be made that the smaller set will be available or that the price will be the same. Odd ticket quantities are more likely available when individual seating is not reserved (for example, lawn or general admission tickets). In some cases a full set of tickets must be sold together. For instance, you might not be able to order a pair from a four-pack of tickets. In these cases, you will be informed before your order is processed, and the order will be canceled if suitable replacements cannot be secured with your approval. Transaction Security Our top priority in processing orders through our website is your security. We use Go Daddy Secure Certification to ensure that your personal information remains yours and yours alone. We will handle your private information in a secure and professional manner, as is in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sales Policies Orders All sales are final. Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, you will receive a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Hero Tickets will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When you receive your tickets, please keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage tickets. All orders are shipped to the billing address of your credit card (no exceptions) via your chosen shipping method. Most orders are processed the same business day in which they are received. Orders placed after hours will be processed on the next business day. For certain events, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment. In this case, a Hero Tickets representative will contact you with notification of approximately when your tickets will be shipped. All shipments require a signature at the point of delivery.
